                Example- Instead of frying chicken, you can steam it with vegetables (less calories). This prevents high cholesterol.

Partnership for Food Safety Education- This is an action pledge people take to avoid food diseases such as mad cow disease, or food borne diseases.

  1. I like the idea of healthier alternatives of food preparation. You can branch off into why the healthier recipe is a better alternative. Also you can support this by explaining why the former preparation of food wasn’t good.
    You should talk about the dangers of improper food handling and the potential diseases that that can come because of this. There can also be a guideline on taking the proper precautions to help prevent the spread of disease. The causes of diseases and the effects of them showing what potential danger it can pose to someone’s health.
